Yoga is a cultural and religious practice that extends far beyond asana. This practice has a rich and ethically complicated history.

As a queer, Indian-American woman, practicing yoga asana with an emphasis on strength training allows me to feel confident in my body and safely achieve my fitness goals without injury. I aim to share that knowledge.

Our yoga asana-informed fitness classes blend traditional yoga postures with strength training techqniues to help you locate the specific parts of the body that need your attention. With small class sizes capped at 8 participants, you’ll recieve personalized attention and guidance tailored to your unique needs and goals.
